Light Summer Meal - Rainbow Wraps

This is a nice (very colorful) change of pace from a normal sandwich and great for picnics! 
Use the following ingredients in whatever quantities you prefer.
  • Veggie cream cheese
  • Spinach flavored wraps (or tortillas)
  • Red cabbage - thinly sliced or shredded
  • Carrots - shredded or bag cut in matchsticks
  • Red Onion - thinly sliced
  • Avocado - sliced
  • Turkey sandwich meat (or other sandwich meat)
  • Romaine lettuce

Just spread the wrap (or tortilla) with cream cheese, slab on the meat, then add the other toppings. Roll it all up and eat!

  1. That looks yummy, I've got to remember to do that for the park instead of just PB&J all the time. Especially with the veggie cream cheese, I used to buy that more often and it makes a big difference. I like how you post recipes, it's always nice to have a little inspiration. Also I like your new header :)
