I'm a fan of food co-ops. My favorite these days is Bountiful Baskets, but I don't feel like getting up early every Saturday morning. Well, truthfully, it's so much produce that I usually only go every other week. Today I tried out a co-op I used to use monthly, but now they have a warehouse open a few times a week where you can go pick and choose. It was a hit! I came home with plenty of fruits and veggies, and even some yummy bread. I will definitely go back.
Now I just have to figure how to make it into a meal!
